Over the past few weeks a couple of thematic discussions were organized for the new cohort of Emerging Voices. One of them focused on resilience, the resilience “discourse” and resilient health systems more in particular. After going through a few background readings (including Kruk et al (2015), Kutzin & Sparkes (2016), Gebauer (2016), among others ) and videos (including one by the fearless Mark Neocleous ), about 15 EVs started debating.
